If you qualify for a survey, a red bubble will appear on the Missions icon. Tap the Missions tab to view more information about the survey.
The survey tile will show you the survey title, the amount of Coins you’ll earn and the expected time it will take you to complete the survey. Tap Start to take the survey.
Don’t wait too long! The expiration date indicates when the survey will disappear from the Missions tab
How do you qualify for a survey?
CoinOut users may qualify for surveys based on a combination of the information they provide in the Profile Survey (age, region, household size, etc) and their purchase activity.
To maximize the amount of surveys you qualify for:
- Make sure you scan all of your receipts
- Keep your profile information updated
- Make sure your profile information is updated in your settings
- Take the profile survey and earn your Profile Survey badge. If you've already taken the profile survey but you've recently had a major life change like new household members or moving across the country, hang tight! You'll have an opportunity to update your Profile Survey in the Mission tab every 6 months
Surveys are only available for a short amount of time before they expire, so make sure you turn on push notifications for the CoinOut app so you never miss a survey!
