There are two ways that you can check for new online orders from your retail connections.
- To check all of your connected retail accounts for new receipts:
Scroll to the bottom of the Home tab and tap DOWNLOAD ORDERS or tap on the Digital tab and tap DOWNLOAD ORDERS at the top of the screen
Keep the app open while the scan completes
Tap Ok when finished
You’ll earn an extra weekly bonus if you use the DOWNLOAD ORDERS button between Sunday – Tuesday of each week as long as at least one order is downloaded from the previous week. It can take up to 48 hours for all scanned orders to display in your Account Activity. Your weekly bonus will appear in your Account Activity within 72 hours.
The weekly Coins bonus you receive is dependent on your current level:
Bronze level: 10 Bonus Coins
Silver level: 20 Bonus Coins
Gold level: 30 Bonus Coins
Platinum level: 40 Bonus Coins
Diamond level: 50 Bonus Coins
Please note: The download orders button does not scan your connected email account. This function only scans your retail connections like Amazon, Walmart, and Target.
2. To check an individual retail account for new receipts:
Tap VIEW MORE in the Digital Accounts section of the Home tab or tap on the Digital tab and tap on the retail account you want to scan
Tap Update Orders
Keep the app open while your account is scanned
Tap Great! to return to the Digital tab
You may be prompted to reconnect an account if there is an issue with the connection.
Follow the directions here to reconnect your account.
