How do I update my profile?

To update any part of your CoinOut profile, follow these steps:

1. Tap on the person icon on the top right-hand corner of any screen (this brings you to your dashboard)

2. Tap on "Account"

3. Tap on "User Profile"

4.  Edit the information you want to change.  Tap on "Update" to save your changes.

** To change your registered profile email address, we need to verify your account. Please click Contact Support at the top of the page to send an email to our support team.

  Please include the following information:

1. Date of Birth

2. Postal Code on the account

3. Mobile Number on the account

4. Merchant Name and Total amount of the 2 most recent valid paper receipts submitted.

5. Both the current email address and the new email address for your account  

Please note the email listed in your CoinOut profile is used for:

• Reward redemption purposes. Your profile email will be the email address we use to send the Amazon gift cards, PayPal and Venmo rewards. Please make sure that the same email is registered to your PayPal account or Venmo account when choosing those reward options.
• Communication purposes.  From time-to-time CoinOut may send you informative emails.  The emails will be sent to this email address.
