How do I update my profile?

To update your CoinOut profile, follow these steps:

1. Tap on the person icon on the top right-hand corner of any screen (this brings you to your dashboard)

2. Tap on "Account"

3. Tap on "User Profile"

4.  Edit the information you want to change.  Tap on "Update" to save your changes.

Your profile email address is the email you use to log into CoinOut and will be used to send you important emails about your account or information about new CoinOut features and promotions.

Your email address will not be editable from this screen. To change your registered profile email address, we need to verify your account. Please click Contact Support at the top of the page to send an email to our support team.

Please include the following information:

1. Date of Birth

2. Postal Code on the account

3. Mobile Number on the account

4. Merchant Name and Total amount of the 2 most recent valid paper receipts submitted.

5. Both the current email address and the new email address for your account
