To ensure the most successful outcome setting up your new phone (and keeping your coin progress), it is important to know your CoinOut profile email before switching to a new, upgraded or reset device. You can check your profile email by following the instructions in this article.
Notice: If you enter an email address associated with any of your digital connections, but not your profile email address, you’ll receive an error message requiring you to contact support. You can either tap Ok and try a different email address to log in, or you can copy the code and tap “Contact Us” to reach out to for assistance.
To protect the security of your account, you can only access your CoinOut account from one device at a time. If you log into a new device, you will automatically be logged out of the previous device.
After setting up your new phone or resetting your current phone, download the CoinOut app from the app store.
Open the CoinOut app, enter your CoinOut profile email address and tap Continue.
Enter your password and tap Login
Note: Depending on your phone configuration and setup, CoinPlay games may need to be redownloaded/reinstalled on a new device.
