If you logged in to your CoinOut account and it appears as though your balance is gone, there are two possible reasons for this:
1. You may have created your account with a different email address.
If you've changed your email address since creating your CoinOut account, please click Contact Support at the top of the page to send an email to our support team.
Please provide the following information associated with your CoinOut account:
- All email address(es) that may be associated with a previous CoinOut account
- The phone number that was associated with your previous CoinOut account
2. Your CoinOut account balance expired due to inactivity.
According to the CoinOut's terms of service, "A Reward Participant’s Rewards will expire and will no longer be redeemable if the Reward Participant does not submit at least one valid paper receipt through the image capture feature of the CoinOut App for a continuous 90-day period. Reward Participants will be given a seven (7) day notice before the expiration of any Rewards (the “Expiration Notice”). After receiving the Expiration Notice, a Reward Participant must log into the Reward Participant’s CoinOut account within seven (7) days and submit a valid paper receipt or Coin Out may choose to expire that Reward Participant’s current Rewards balance, at the sole discretion of Coin Out. We reserve the right to change App functionality and Reward expiration options at any time at the Company’s sole discretion."
