1. Tap the Camera button
2. You may need to select OK to enable permission to use the phone's camera while in the CoinOut app. Place the receipt on a flat, plain colored surface. Tap the flash icon to turn on your camera flash if you’re in a space with limited lighting. Once the receipt is in focus, tap the circle button to capture the image.
3. Make sure the preview that appears is a clear image and the Store, Date, and Total checkboxes are green. Tap Back if you need to retake the photo. Once you’re happy with the image, tap Submit.
If the store, date, and/or total are missing, a pop up will appear. Tap Yes if you'd like to retake a new photo to make sure that the whole receipt is captured and the image is clear. If you choose to select Submit Anyway, your receipt will likely be rejected unless our receipt processing system can locate the store, date, and total.
5. Tap Snap Another if you have more receipts to submit or tap Ok
