How do I use "Report an Issue" for invalid receipts?

When you submit a paper receipt, sometimes the system will flag it as unreadable or missing info.  If you believe this was a mistake, you can submit a request for CoinOut to review the receipt again by taking the following steps:

Go to the Activity tab and tap on the invalid receipt

Tap "Report an Issue"

Tap Submit

The receipt will be reviewed and if applicable, a reward will be credited to your account within 24-36 hours.
