When you submit a paper receipt, sometimes the system will flag it as Unreadable. If you believe this was a mistake, you can submit a request for CoinOut to review the receipt again by taking the following steps:
Tap My Coins
Tap Account Activity
Tap on the Unreadable receipt
Tap Report an Issue
Tap Submit
The receipt will be re-processed by our system. If it is determined to be a valid receipt, the Coins will be credited to your account within 24-36 hours. If the system determines that it is not a valid receipt, the receipt may not be clear enough for our system to read. If the receipt is less than 14 days old, please try submitting it again as a new receipt.
