Your CoinOut account will remain active as long as you continue to submit paper receipts in addition to using other parts of the app like downloading e-receipts and earning badges.
If you have not submitted a valid paper receipt for a period of 90 days or more, your account will be considered inactive and your Coins will expire.
Don't worry! We'll send you a message 7 days before your account goes inactive. You will receive a push notification (i.e., a short message that appears as a pop-up on your mobile device home screen) and email (to the email address listed in your CoinOut account profile) to alert you to the status of your account. Make sure you're opted into receiving emails and push notifications so you don't miss this notice.
Within 7 days of receiving this message, you'll need to submit at least one valid paper receipt to keep your account active and keep your Coins balance.
If your account is inactive, you can start using your CoinOut account again at any time in the future, but you'll need to reconnect your digital retail accounts and start building up your reward balance again.
