How do I keep my CoinOut account active?

We hope you enjoy using the CoinOut app and encourage you to check the badges and icons on the home screen.  We have several ways to keep the earnings up and boost your balance.

Please note, if you haven't opened up the CoinOut app in 6 months, we will consider your account inactive.  You will receive a push notification (i.e., a short message that appears as a pop-up on your mobile device home screen) and email (to the email address listed in your CoinOut account profile) to alert you to the status of your account. 

If you do not go into the app within 7 days of receiving these messages, your CoinOut account status will be set to inactive, any connected accounts will be automatically disconnected and your reward balance will be set to $0.

You can start using your CoinOut account again at any time in the future, but you'll need to reconnect your accounts and start building up your reward balance again.
