A duplicate receipt means that the same receipt was already uploaded to your account for Coins. We recommend marking the back of the receipt once you’ve submitted it so you can keep track of receipts you’ve already submitted for Coins. You can also view your previously submitted receipts by tapping My Coins and View Activity.
A shared duplicate receipt means that the same receipt was already uploaded to another person’s CoinOut account for Coins. Please remember that sharing receipts with other CoinOut users is not allowed in the CoinOut app.
