Once your reward request is approved, you’ll receive an email from reward@virtualrewardcenter.com. The easiest way to claim your reward is to click the Redeem My Payout! button in this email.
If you don’t have access to your email or can’t find it, you can also access your reward from the app!

2. Tap See Rewards
3. Tap History
4. Tap the reward you want to redeem
5. Tap click here
6. Tap Activate My Payout
7. Enter the phone number associated with your Venmo account. Re-enter the phone number to confirm it is correct and tap Confirm
Important: If you enter an incorrect phone number, we may not be able to recover your reward. Once the reward is delivered to a Venmo account, the transaction cannot be cancelled or reversed.
8. Your reward has been sent to your Venmo account and you should see it appear in your account shortly. If you do not have a Venmo account associated with that phone number, you’ll receive a text from Venmo to set up your account and claim your reward. The Venmo transaction will come from Virtual Reward Center
