Once your reward request is approved, you’ll receive an email from reward@virtualrewardcenter.com. The easiest way to claim your reward is to click the Redeem My Payout! button in this email.
If you don’t have access to your email or can’t find it, you can also access your reward from the app!

4. Tap the reward you want to redeem
5. Tap click here
6. Tap Activate My Payout
7. Enter the email address associated with your PayPal account. Re-enter the email address to confirm it is correct and tap Confirm
Important: If you enter an incorrect email address, we may not be able to recover your reward. Once the reward is delivered to a PayPal account, the transaction cannot be cancelled or reversed.
8. Your reward has been sent to your PayPal account and you should see it appear in your account shortly. If you do not have a PayPal account associated with that email address, you’ll receive an email from PayPal to set up your account and claim your reward. The PayPal transaction will come from Virtual Reward Center
