If you see a black screen when you're trying to take a photo of your receipt, it may be an issue with your camera settings or you may need to update the CoinOut app. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
Check your phone settings and make sure that you've given CoinOut permission to access your camera
Apple: Settings > Apps > CoinOut > Toggle Switch to Green
Android: Settings > Apps > CoinOut > Permissions > Camera > Select "Allow while using the app"
- Uninstall and reinstall the CoinOut app to make sure you are using the most recent app version of CoinOut.
