Make sure you are on using the latest version of the app from the app store. Older versions of the app may not perform as well.

Please try scanning receipts using a different network connection or when you are in a location with a stronger signal. You can also try turning on airplane mode and then turning it off.
If you’re on the latest version of the app and your internet connection is strong, there may be an issue with the app. Typically these issues are resolved quickly, and you can check back in a few hours.
