First, please make sure you are on the latest version of the app.
If you're on the latest app version and the app is still timing out, this usually means the Cellular/WiFi network on your phone is not strong enough to send the receipt image to our system.
- Please try scanning receipts using a different network connection or when you are in a location with a stronger signal. If you connect to a stronger cellular or WiFi network, it should be able to transmit the photo.
- You can also try turning on airplane mode and then turning it off.
