If there is a connection issue with your Email account (Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, Hotmail, Outlook) or Retail account (Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Starbucks, Kroger), please watch this video or follow the steps below to resolve:
1. Tap on the Home tab and scroll to the bottom of the screen. Tap on the disconnected Email or Retail account icon under Digital Accounts. Please do not tap in the red "Reconnect" text on this screen.
2. Please do not use the "Tap here to reconnect" on this screen. Tap Edit on top right corner.
3. Tap Disconnect
4. Tap Continue to Disconnect
5. Tap Ok
6. Return to the Home tab and tap the Email or Retail account icon again and follow the steps to reconnect
