If there is a connection issue with your Email account (Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, Hotmail, Outlook) or Retail account (Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Starbucks, Kroger), please watch this video or follow the steps below to resolve:
There are two methods for reconnecting your account
- If the account you need to reconnect appears on the Home tab in the Digital Accounts section, tap on the account card. Otherwise, tap “VIEW MORE” or tap on the Digital tab and tap reconnect next to the account you want to reconnect.
Follow the prompts to enter your email and password for the retail account and keep the app open while you wait for the account to finish connecting.
2. If you suspect there’s an issue with downloading the e-receipts from your retail account, you can also manually disconnect and reconnect the account. Sometimes this is necessary if you make any major changes to your retail account like changing your email address or password.
Tap the Digital tab or tap VIEW MORE in the Digital Accounts section of the Home tab
Tap the account you want to reconnect
Tap Edit
Tap Disconnect
Tap Disconnect again
Tap Ok
Tap Reconnect and follow the steps to reconnect the account
