The email address listed on your CoinOut account profile at the time of processing will be the email address we send the reward t to for Zelle.
We do not use your mobile number on your CoinOut account to send the Zelle reward.
Please check your Zelle settings to make sure that you have the email address settings turned on to receive payments.
If applicable, please check that you have a valid & unexpired debit card connected to your Zelle account.
If you are unable to receive your processed Zelle reward, you will need to wait 2-3 weeks from the process date on the Zelle email you received for Zelle to reject, cancel, or expire the payment and then they will have to send the funds back to us.
Once we receive those funds, our system will automatically cancel the Zelle reward transaction listed in your Activity tab/Reward History and the Coins will automatically be added back into your CoinOut account.
