If you logged in to your CoinOut account and it appears as though your balance is gone, it is likely that you had previously logged in using a different phone number.
Please contact Support in one of the following ways:
- Go to the Account page in the app and tap on 'Contact Us' near the bottom of the page.
- Tap on 'Submit a request' while in the Help Center.
- If neither of these options are available, then send us an email at email@example.com.
Please provide the following information associated with your CoinOut account:
- Phone number - all 10 digits (no dashes or spaces)
- Email address
- First/Last name
- Balance amount you believe you should have on your CoinOut account
