If you go to press the "Scan" button and it is black, it is a known issue that occurs on a small number of specific phones.
Please contact Support through one of the following ways so we can fix the issue:
- Go to the Account page in the app and tap on 'Contact Us' near the bottom of the page.
- Tap on 'Submit a request' while in the Help Center.
- If neither of these options are available, then send us an email at support@coinout.com.
Please provide the following information associated with your CoinOut account:
- Phone number - provide all 10 digits (no dashes or spaces)
- Email address
- First/Last name
