If you are not receiving the text message containing a password, please contact Support through one of the following ways:
- Go to the Account page in the app and tap on 'Contact Us' near the bottom of the page.
- Tap on 'Submit a request' while in the Help Center.
- If neither of these options are available, then send us an email at email@example.com
Please include the following information:
- Phone number - include all 10 digits (no dashes or spaces)
- Email address
- First/Last name
We will respond to your request by sending a text containing the password to you from a different CoinOut phone number.
