How do I claim my Venmo reward?

Please use the link in the email we sent you from The Reward Center rewards@virtualrewardcenter.com to claim your reward. You will enter the phone number that is registered to your Venmo account to complete the process.

You can also follow the instructions below - 

To claim your Venmo Reward:

• Go to your CoinOut Activity Log and tap the reward you want to claim.
• Once the Reward Redemption Details page from the RewardCenter opens, tap click here next to Reward Link.
• Tap Activate My Payout.
• Enter the phone number associated with your Venmo account. 
• Tap Confirm. (Please note that by clicking the Confirm button, you confirm the phone number listed is the phone number associated with your Venmo account.)
• You will see a confirmation that your Payout is Ready.  You can tap Go To My Account to log into your Venmo account.

You will also get a notification from Venmo of the payment.
