To scan all of your connected Retail accounts (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart and Starbucks) for online orders , please tap the blue Download Orders button on the home screen of the app or under the Digital section .
To scan the individual Retail accounts:
- Tap on the Digital section that is located on the bottom right of the app.
- Tap on the individual Retail connection icon that you want to scan then tap UPDATE ORDERS at the top of the page.. Be sure to stay on the screen until completion. Typically it takes 1-3 business days after updating orders successfully to see them posted in your Activity tab.
If you are still getting an error or feel you are missing orders in the activity tab, you will need to disconnect and reconnect your Retail Connections before trying again.
Please follow these steps to fully disconnect and reconnect your email/retail accounts:
1. In the Digital Accounts section,
2. Tap on the Email/Retail Connect icon.
3. Tap Edit in the top right corner.
4. Tap Disconnect. Tap Continue to Disconnect. (DO NOT tap on the red text 'Tap here to reconnect account')
5. Then either close the entire app or back out to the homepage of the app
6. Tap on the Email/Retail Connect icon again and follow the steps to connect.
