How do I update my Profile Email Address if I don't already have one?

If your account is missing a profile email address, please update your app to the latest version and follow the steps below to add your email. By doing this, it will help to avoid issues logging in if you get logged out, ensure you receive important communications and to be able to successfully redeem your rewards.

Please follow these steps to add your email to your CoinOut profile:

• Please tap the Person icon on the top right of your Home screen.

• Tap Account.

• Tap Update Profile Email.

• Skip the Profile Email Address field and enter the email address you want to use in the ‘New Email Address’ and ‘Confirm Email Address’ fields only. Please Note: This will be the email where your rewards are sent to. Tap the blue Update button.

• Check your email account to verify your email!
• Tap the validation link in the email to confirm.
