How do I locate and/or update my Profile Email Address?

Please follow these steps to locate the email address registered to your CoinOut account:

• Please tap the Person icon on the top right of your Home screen.

• Tap Account.

• Tap Update Profile Email.

• To change your registered profile email address, we need to verify your account. Please click Contact Support at the top of the page to send an email to our support team.

    Please include the following information:

  1. Date of Birth

  2. Postal Code on the account

  3. Mobile Number on the account

  4. Merchant Name and Total amount of the 2 most recent valid paper receipts submitted.

  5. Both the current email address and the new email address for your account
