We send Zelle rewards to the Zelle account associated with the email listed on your CoinOut profile. Please make sure you have the correct email listed on your profile.
If you want to change the email address listed in your CoinOut profile, follow these steps:
1. Tap on the person icon on the top right-hand corner of any screen (this brings you to your dashboard)
2. Tap on "Account"
3. Tap "Update Profile Email"
4. Enter your new email address
5. Confirm/type the new email in again
6. Tap on "Update"
7. An email will be sent to the new email address. Go to your email inbox and click on the link in the email to verify your new email address. This will complete the process and update the email address listed on your CoinOut profile.
